26th June 2008 Windsurfing: Rhosneigr Wind Direction: SSW Wind Stength: 25mph Surf / Sea State: Waves Air Temperature: Cool Sea Temperature: OK Weather: Cloudy then rain Max Speed: Distance Covered: More wind than yesterday and the waves seemed closer together. Tide right out and the shape of the bay seems to turn the waves so the wind is more cross-on. Kept messing up my outside gybes and was hit by a breaking wave, but held on to kit and eventually waterstarted away. After a few runs packed in as I realised the day before had taken its toll - clearly need more time at the coast to get fit - the gym is not quite the same. Rad Wave super smooth as ever. Combat sets really nicely on the Tushingham RDM. |
